There are three ways to think about your age. One is chronological age, which is when you were born. The second is psychological age, which is how you feel. The third and most important is biological age; which is how your body - all the way down to the cellular level- has physically changed. Chronological and biological ages do not have to match. You can be 60 years old chronologically but 45 years old biologically. Do you know what your biological age is?
